EteqIndustrial Group
AboutThe group

One supplier, three disciplines

ETEQ Industrial brings material handling, Feeler plant and equipment, and industrial supply into one regional group. Customers can source the machine, the attachment and the workshop consumables through one supplier relationship.

01Who we are

Industrial supply is a logistics problem before it is a catalogue problem

A bale clamp is useless in a warehouse three weeks after the harvest, and a pallet of cutting discs is useless the day after the shutdown. What a customer actually buys is the certainty that the right item arrives in time, so that is what the group is organised around.

We represent Saur and Stricta forklift attachments and now partner with Feeler for construction, earthmoving and warehouse equipment. Feeler machines are available as new sales, long-term rentals or financed acquisitions. Alongside the equipment desks, we stock welding consumables, PPE, abrasives, gas cutting equipment and tools for industrial customers across the region.

All three divisions answer to the same group. A mine can source a Feeler machine, a roll clamp and a month’s worth of grinding discs from one supplier relationship, with one set of vendor paperwork behind it.

What we are not

We are not a marketplace and we do not drop-ship. Every line is a brand we represent or stock, quoted against a specification we can defend.

02Structure

Three divisions, deliberately focused desks

02Plant & capital equipment

Plant & Machinery

Feeler wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, mini excavators, skid steers, forklifts, battery stackers and implements — available through new sales, long-term rental and structured financing.

Specify the machine around the work, then choose how it enters the fleet: outright purchase, a long-term rental or a financed acquisition.

03Consumables & tooling

Industrial Supply

The consumables and tooling that keep mines, contractors, fabricators and workshops working — stocked in Johannesburg, Nelspruit and Kitwe, quoted off a line list or bill of materials, delivered to site.

Trade supply built around turnaround: send the list, get pricing, availability and lead time back, then reorder the same items without re-specifying them.

03How we work

Four steps, no procurement theatre

Start at step one
  1. 01

    Send the list

A line list, a bill of materials, a photograph of a nameplate or the forklift make, model and capacity. Whatever you have is enough to start.

  2. 02

    Pricing and lead time back

We confirm specification, availability and lead time in writing, from the nearest stocking point rather than the nearest catalogue.

  3. 03

    Delivery or collection

Delivered to site or held for collection at Johannesburg, Nelspruit, Kitwe or Solwezi, with cross-border freight arranged where the destination requires it.

  4. 04

    Reorder without re-specifying

Repeat items stay on file, so the second order is a reference number instead of a fresh enquiry.

04Zambia

Local content & compliance

The Zambian operation is structured to meet local ownership and procurement requirements, so vendor onboarding at mines and large contractors does not stall on paperwork.

  • Ownership structure supports local content requirements on mining and industrial supplier registers.
  • Product categories and brand lists are prepared in the format onboarding teams ask for.
  • Supporting documents are confirmed against each buyer’s vendor checklist before submission.

These figures describe the Zambian operating company. They are published because mine and contractor procurement teams ask for them at onboarding.
