Load Stabilizers

Top-clamping for unstable and top-heavy loads

Load Stabilizers are used to secure unstable or top-heavy goods on pallets, preventing them from slipping or falling during transport over uneven surfaces or during sharp turns. This attachment is essential for high-speed handling of fragile or loosely stacked items.

A load stabilizer drops a hydraulic pressure plate onto the top of a pallet and holds the stack together while it is lifted and carried. Loosely stacked cases, shrink-wrapped layers and top-heavy loads stay where they were put instead of shifting on a turn or a rough patch of yard.

It is specified wherever product loss is the cost driver rather than throughput: beverage cases, tinned and bottled goods, and export consignments moving over uneven surfaces. Because the plate is what secures the load, operators can work at normal speed instead of nursing every pallet across the yard.

01

Benefits

  • Securely holds loads in place to prevent product damage and accidents
  • All-steel integrated frame provides the strength needed for intensive operations
  • Self-lubricating sliding supports ensure smooth and reliable vertical movement
  • Optimised structural layout provides the operator with a clear view of the load
02

Where it is used

  • Food and beverage handling of case-stacked and bottled product
  • Import and export yards moving pallets over uneven surfaces
  • Distribution centres running high-speed pick-and-load cycles
  • Any operation with a recurring bill for damaged or dropped stock

Capacities, jaw ranges and rotation are model-specific — the exact figures are confirmed against your truck and load when we quote.

05Forklift compatibility

Fits ISO Class II, III and IV fork carriages

In service on Toyota, Linde, Hyster, Jungheinrich, TCM, Manitou, JCB, Feeler, Yale and Komatsu trucks across the region.

  • Hydraulic attachments run off the truck’s auxiliary services; where a truck has too few, an additional service or a solenoid selector can be fitted.
  • Mechanical attachments slip over standard fork arms and need no hydraulic connection at all.
  • Fitting an attachment changes the truck’s rated capacity, so the derated capacity plate is confirmed as part of the quote.
