Specialised Clamps

Drums, fabric rolls, foam and bulk bags

This range of multi-purpose clamps is designed for handling specialised loads such as cylindrical fabric rolls, drums, and large foam blocks. Whether rotating a drum for tipping or securely gripping soft foam, these attachments provide a versatile solution for palletless material handling.

This is the family for loads that are neither palletised nor a standard shape: steel and plastic drums, fabric and synthetic-fibre rolls, foam blocks and bulk bags. Each variant uses arms profiled for the product, so the clamping force is spread across a face that can take it rather than concentrated on a rim or a corner.

Because the arms are deliberately thin, product can be stacked with almost no clearance between units, which recovers floor space in a store that would otherwise be lost to handling gaps. Rotating versions are available where a drum has to be tipped or a roll stood on end.

Also known as: Drum clamp · Fabric roll clamp · Foam block clamp · Bulk bag clamp

Benefits

  • Ultra-thin arm designs allow compact stacking and space optimisation
  • High-strength all-steel frames handle intensive, heavy-duty workloads
  • Self-lubricating components reduce maintenance and improve reliability
  • Specialised arm types available for drums, bulk bags, and synthetic fibres
02

Where it is used

  • Chemical and lubricant plants handling and tipping drums
  • Textile and synthetic-fibre production moving rolls without pallets
  • Furniture and bedding manufacture handling foam blocks
  • Bulk-bag handling in fertiliser, minerals and food processing

Capacities, jaw ranges and rotation are model-specific — the exact figures are confirmed against your truck and load when we quote.

05Forklift compatibility

Fits ISO Class II, III and IV fork carriages

In service on Toyota, Linde, Hyster, Jungheinrich, TCM, Manitou, JCB, Feeler, Yale and Komatsu trucks across the region.

  • Hydraulic attachments run off the truck’s auxiliary services; where a truck has too few, an additional service or a solenoid selector can be fitted.
  • Mechanical attachments slip over standard fork arms and need no hydraulic connection at all.
  • Fitting an attachment changes the truck’s rated capacity, so the derated capacity plate is confirmed as part of the quote.
