Block Handlers

Masonry and brick without pallets

The Block Handler is engineered for the safe and efficient handling of masonry and brick units without the need for pallets. This attachment is perfect for transporting and stacking various building materials, featuring an optimised structural design that provides the operator with superior visibility.

A block handler clamps a stacked bundle of bricks, blocks or precast units from the sides and lifts it without a pallet. The arms are profiled to grip a rough masonry face, and the frame is built around the abuse that a brickyard hands out.

It is used at the making end and the selling end: moving cured product off the yard into stock, and loading a delivery vehicle at a builders merchant. Because the bundle never sits on a pallet, the yard does not have to buy, store, sort and repair thousands of them.

Capacities, jaw ranges and rotation are model-specific — the exact figures are confirmed against your truck and load when we quote.

05Forklift compatibility

Fits ISO Class II, III and IV fork carriages

In service on Toyota, Linde, Hyster, Jungheinrich, TCM, Manitou, JCB, Feeler, Yale and Komatsu trucks across the region.

  • Hydraulic attachments run off the truck’s auxiliary services; where a truck has too few, an additional service or a solenoid selector can be fitted.
  • Mechanical attachments slip over standard fork arms and need no hydraulic connection at all.
  • Fitting an attachment changes the truck’s rated capacity, so the derated capacity plate is confirmed as part of the quote.
